I don't know about the GM but I do lean that way too. But I don't think coaches should be GMs. There is too much going on IMO to just being a coach. Hire a Ron Wolf and let them do their thing. I would like to have a GM I could work with on an equal basis if I were coach. I wouldn't want the GM to override any and everything I did. Delicate marriage type thing I would think.
