Woke up this morning even more excited about this kid ....... people who understand the fundamentals of defense knows how big a deal this is ........ the fact that we played as well as we have and got as many sacks as we have in the past is phenomenal considering the turnstiles we have been putting out there at DT ......... if this kid can do what most think he can, then the pass rush is gonna get way more dangerous.

It also will help the backfield by putting the opposing team at more 3rd and longs ...... this kid can feed both Parsons and Diggs.

A big part of the hate for Jalen and LVE was centered, in my mind, on the fact that good OLs were free to jump to the second level because they never had to struggle blocking our DTs.

Just watched the video and was about the post the same thing. It was a great quote. Also love the energy between Smith and Quinn. It was very brief but palpable. I hope it translates quickly and effectively in Smith's level of play.
