McCarthy allowed to coach his best without dak

I say that because dak is a 40 a year qb. He’s locked up and has been here longer. He knows it, but coaches have to defer to him at times. With a back up, you can mold him however you choose and he doesn’t have the ego. He’ll buy in quicker than dak. Is this why we look so good without him?

Seems like everyone is more focused and trying to play to the best of their abilities (except Schultz). Even the fans at the stadium appeared to be louder today...and that was with a decent amount of Washington fans in the stands
