How many saw the interview of McCarthy when he had a year off after being fired by the Green Bay Packers? How he used that year off in learning
algorithm, studying offense schemes, assembling his coaching staff, etc..... McCarthy sold Jerry this and Jerry bit on the hook.
Granted, back-to-back 12 win seasons and lifting the hopes of Dallas faithful all over again. ( FOOLS GOLD)

Fire the OC because he didn't want to lose his job. He wanted to run HIS offense and not Kellen Moore's. Jerry bites on that hook again
