I was watching American Ninja Warrior yesterday, and one guy was 240lbs and he was very unhealthy,his family members died of diabetes complications. He lost 80lbs, his athletic weight is 160lbs, WITH muscle on.

That fried pink sludge sure taste good, with sweet-n-sour dipping sauce. I call them crack nuggets. I order a 20 piece on occasion, but I understand that food like that should be consumed sparingly.

Every once in a while, as in maybe three times annually, I'll get a craving like a dope fiend and pick up a 6 pack. Just enough nuggets to whet the whistle.

Odd that this thread popped up tonight. I am not a fan of McDonalds chicken products at all. However I love some Chik-Fil-A food. I especially love their nuggets. I had just come across a recipe to make Chik-Fil-A nuggets at home. We made them tonight and I can't believe how much they tasted like the real ones.

Believe it or not, the secret ingredient is powdered sugar. If anyone wants the recipe I will PM it to those who are adventurous in the kitchen.
