26. Dallas Cowboys - Dalton Kincaid TE Utah
This is a value pick, but tight end Dalton Schultz is also a free agent and might be gone. With the top receivers all off the board -- I'd love to get another one opposite CeeDee Lamb -- Dallas can look to Kincaid as another pass-catcher for quarterback Dak Prescott. We didn't see Kincaid work out at the combine, but he has enough speed to make plays down the seam and can go up and get 50-50 balls. He is coming off a 70-catch, 890-yard, eight-TD campaign with the Utes and has the versatility to move around the formation.

27. Buffalo Bills - Keion White OLB Georgia Tech0
28. Cincinnati Bengals - Anton Harrison T Oklahoma
29. New Orleans Saints - (San Fran thru Mia, Den) - Bryan Bresee DT Clemson
30. Philadelphia Eagles - Calijah Kancey DT Pittsburgh
31. Kansas City Chiefs - Derick Hall DE Auburn

Absolutely love this … if I’m a fan of any other team in the east.

Eagles? Best running back in the class. Elite defensive tackle to pair with Jordan Davis.

Commanders? Arguably the best CB in the class.

Giants? Great Wr with a game breaking ability

Cowboys? A tight end. When we have Ferguson and Hendershot. You can also get a guy like Tucker Kraft in round two.

McShay never has gotten the Cowboys right when it comes to the draft. Him and Jeremiah always get the Cowboys wrong.

I would be sick if the eagles got the best RB in the draft and we got an average TE.
From what I’ve been hearing, Broaddus thinks this will be the pick. He nailed some of the previous few with Taco, Hill and Tyler Smith

I'm not so sure the Cowboys view TE as much of a need as the national media does. If it does happen I'm expecting this to be the fix for WR as well. Get a Mayer/Kincaid who are good enough receivers to play in the slot and expect to see a ton of 2 and 3 TE sets during the season with Lamb and Gallup on the outside.

All of the local insiders are reporting Te is the likely pick

You can draft another TE in round 2-3.

You would much rather guy TE there then a guy like Kancey?

Any maybe I'm way off base, time will tell. I just can't justify that pick in my mind with bigger needs at LB, CB, WR, DT, and OL, especially if reports are true about LVE, Wilson, etc being goners to free agency. Of course we have a full free agency period for the Cowboys to ease some of those other needs, but with the current status of the roster paired with the Cowboys being reluctant to be players in free agency the last several years I struggle with it though

Further, with Jalen Carter sitting there at 10, given how they value DL as a top priority, unless Carter fails some sort of character test or screws up between now and the draft, Philly likely could be running to the podium for Carter.

Exactly my thinking. Given the bigger needs in a number of areas, TE wouldn’t be a wise investment at #26.
