I just shake my head sometimes at the cheap routes that some of these people take to getting something submitted to their editors so that they can call it a day and take home a paycheck.
Case in point, this whole stupid discussion about Stephen calling Troy an armchair quarterback.
News flash, Media Idiots... "armchair quarterback" has NOTHING to do with whether a person has EVER PLAYED THE ACTUAL QB POSITION... the phrase refers to those who are NOT ON THE FIELD talking about what they would have done in this or that situation. We all know this right? It's not some slight toward Troy that Stephen said what he said, anymore than if you or I said it. If you're not on the field, YOU'RE NOT ON THE FRIGGIN FIELD.
Just befuddles me. And I'd like to see zero further stories on the topic show up in my Cowboys news feed because it's such a ridiculous discussion to be having.
