You can fire your HC, DC or any other coach all you want, you can keep Dak or let him walk, you can keep Lamb, Parsons, Diggs and a host of other good players, but until this team commits to a philosophical change into this organization, the same results will keep happening. this team is talented but lacks the toughness and the run through a wall mentality!! Jimmy once said it's a country club atmosphere out there at the Star, no truer words have ever been said, even if we would've won yesterday, there is no way this team would've beat SF!! don't kid yourself

what needs to change is the trenches and the front seven, I'm tired of teams just owning us when games get very important, by running it down our throats, and on the flip side, not able to establish any kind of a running game. this is what Jimmy did and we had tremendous success, the formula is is simple. run the ball and stop the run, and be a very physical team...ie like the 49ers or Ravens!

Lastly, I'm going to blame the majority of this embarrassment on Dan Quinn, not that MM and Dak don't share in the blame. but I hope he moves on to Seattle or anywhere else, because if he becomes the HC we will be doomed for another 4-5 years!! Quinn doesn't value the LB'er position, we keep trotting Bell, Clark, and Kearse out there, and that's just absurd.

I've got some other thoughts, but that's a good start right there.

Not defending Quinn, but I think you also need to consider that someone else failed in bringing in people to fill holes. Take the Iggles, for example, throughout the entire season they were constantly shuffling personnel around while Jerry sat on his lazy arse doing nothing.

The point is Quinn was forced to make due with what Jerry gave him, and Jerry didn't give him a damn thing.

Jerry literally said that he was comfortable with the roster as is, when they didn’t make a single move Prior to the trade deadline.

You could smell the Johnny walker blue on his breath as he said it.
