Messy Head Coach Drama Thus Far

Pretty much what you expect from Jones and son. A messy contract negotiation. At midseason and beyond MM was a goner. Then the team played some better, Some of the star players spoke up and our FO was ready to sign the coach to a new contract. But the coach evidently wasn't ready. So, he moves on much to the surprise and chagrin of the Jones boys.

Now we are searching and trying to convince a good coach that the Cowboy job is a good job. Many fans and knowledgeable football folks question that mainly due to the top leadership of the team. This little story will likely play on for a good while yet. The drama will continue. And since Jerry Jones is directing the thing it may not end well....

They are just dysfunctional. Arrogant and dysfunctional.

Also, interviewing Leslie Frazier, especially this early in the process, is the equivalent of Stephen signing the 3rd best linebacker in the UFL once free agency begins. They are not serious football people.
