Interesting to see if we’ll see it alot more. I know we’ve been utilizing it lately. But teams with a running qb have shown they’ll use our pass rush against us. I expect screens more designed runs for love etc. leave Micah in the middle until it’s strictly passing downs.

Also I think putting Micah in the middle… if they’re gonna double him pre snap….then he drops back into coverage it’ll create opportunities for others. He can still blitz over the center and guard as well.

I know we’ve been doing it more… but it can be even more beneficial since they get away with holds on him all the time.

Should be but wont be because he wants sacks and Quinn is leaving and wants to make him happy

Im thinking, we come out with Parsons at DE, the Packers run right at him and go on a TD drive before Quinn and Parsons wake up

It's weird that he does the stat chasing because he's going to get paid regardless. I don't get it

If you want to follow the adage of ‘get my best 11 players on the field’ moving Micah to LB ( at least periodically) makes sense. This lets Fowler and Armstrong see the field more and they have been applying a lot of pressure with their limited snaps.

I have no issue with Micah chasing sacks. It’s the most primal play in football and I’d prefer my head hunters hungry for the QB. If his play is hurting defensive chemistry it’s up to Quinn to rein him in.

I also think it would do Micah some good to rush the passer periodically.

Much like a change of pace back, he could be a change of pace edge rusher. He's already faster, but imagine if he was also fresh.

Im not saying to do it all the time. All im saying is it’s easier for teams to make him a non factor on the edge than in the middle. You can use him all over… especially vs a mobile team with a good Rb… who is good in the screen game

They need to get pressure on Love. And Micah is the guy to do it. He can't play all 11 positions. The rest of the team needs to be heads up for the screens and draws.

GB has a subpar RT. The Cowboys will try to exploit that weakness. I expect to see #11 on that side early and often.

He should absolutely terrorize the RT all day long.

Micah could be in for a big game today. Going to need him to keep Love and the GB passing attack off balance.

I love him pass rushing from the inside. But he’s gonna likely be moved around and mostly on the edge

Well that's because Sam Williams Armstrong and Fowler can rush the passer at pretty good level so we can afford to do that and I'm sure if it becomes a critical down in the fourth quarter we need to move Parsons at the edge again we will I mean he may start out at middle linebacker but I'm thinking maybe 50-60% of the game they're gonna move on in tight to the line of scrimmage like a strong safety
