Micah Parsons said he thinks Cowboys DT Osa Odighizuwa can be a double-digit sack player this season. Odighizuwa is tied with Parsons for the team lead in sacks with 3.

Micah: “When I see Osa in the weight room, I don’t go anywhere near Osa. I let him do what he likes to do. Every time I go in there, Osa’s got some heavy weight going. I’m not lifting no heavy weight. I stay away from him. Every time you look at him, he’s in like a full drench sweat and he’s in prime mode. So that’s Osa’s work ethic, who he is, and he hasn’t changed from it since the day he got here.”

You still calling him a JAG, or is there actual hope he can become a player?

Uhhh maybe we were a bit premature with the 1st round drafting of a DT?

I just wanna hear him say it. He was very forthcoming about what a JAG Osa is despite how well he played as a rookie. We went back and forth a few times on that thread.
Yeah... you ain't gonna get no satisfaction out of that bubba.
He sticks to his guns till the end and then turns his wrongness into sarcasm as if that's what his opinion always was.

It's all whatever. He brings the news faster than anyone else here usually so he gets the perks. I admire the dedication to fill his otherwise devoid life.

Osa is playing very well thus far..Attitude and effort reflect leadership and Dan Quinn is a great leader. We all know how Micah feels about him and the rest of the defense seems to think the same. What a great hire DQ was.

Lawrence, Parsons, Osa Odighizuwa (off to a blistering pace himself) and the entire defense left them for dead at AT&T Stadium, but it started with the Pro Bowl edge rusher reminding everyone he's also one of the best in the entire NFL at stopping the run.

"That's the standard of my game," Lawrence said. "I set that standard a long time ago. If I'm on the field, you know D-Law is gonna set the edge against the run and gonna make tackles for a loss. It's now all about getting that ball.

"… I feel like I'm playing [well]. It really doesn't even feel like [it's been] 10 years. I'm blessed and just getting after it. I feel like we have the team to do the necessary things that we want to do, and we've got the formula for winning down-pat."

Having defeated their first two opponents to the tune of 70-10 with 10 sacks and another league-high tally of takeaways, with no giveaways by Dallas' offense, indicates they do.

At the end of the day, the key is to never believe the job is done until it's actually done, and not just over the course of four quarters of football on any given week. It also means over the course of 20, or 21, games this season. Without the former, there is no latter. And without the latter, the former has no value.

I'm always suprised to see how highly Gholston is rated. I don't notice him enough, but after games his analytics or the coaches or something always comes up about him that suprises me as to how well he did.
Yeah i'll be honest I didn't even notice Gholston.

To be fair. I was calling all our DT’s jags the last couple of years.

To Osa’s credit. He has gotten better and better and better and playing at a level I never thought possible
