He's been around all offseason. He just won't be on the field for non-mandatory activities. I doubt he will be on the field during mandatory mini-camp but he will be there for meetings and in the weight room.

I doubt he will be at TC until a contract is finalized. This is about business.

From everything I have heard or read, Parsons is a good teammate and good in the locker room.
