He is right, it takes a group effort, or lack thereof, to play as poorly as that, players, coaches, everyone

Actually, they did uphold the standard.

The standard in Dallas is being losers. They did that.

They need to break from the standard instead.

Pretty sure it was more than effort.
Most of it was. If you told that group of losers on defense that they'd all be out of a job next week if they don't perform would you have seen 44 points scored?

I appreciate Micah being honest about the team not coming out ready to play, and its on the players as professionals to never let that happen. With that being said, first clearly coaching as always rears it’s ugly head, we literally saw the team not ready to PLAY in a PLAYOFF GAME! Lastly, Micah what makes us fans think that things will change?? If the same franchise get up for a playoff game, the home opener, when exactly will you. I for one will NEVER trust this team this coach this franchise to EVER respond

A team can have a bad game. If it's only one game that is fine. Now if we get smoked by the Ravens, we are in a world of hurt.

He's quickly becoming a punk - more concerned with self promotion- trade him and get your picks while you can

I appreciate Micah coming out, taking the heat and addressing us fans. Yes, he is correct, there was no high effort from all 11 defenders on our defense. Yes, they can play better considering how they played lights out Week 1 at the Browns and a franchise record setting horrible Week 2 vs the Saints. No excuses. Do whatever it takes to get it fixed ASAP because the Ravens are coming. Also liked how he stated the team could have played so much better, how Dak played good but the rest of the team needs to step it up and help their QB.
