Someone needs to give Martz a job.

13 years out of the league with your last chance in the NFL being the Cleveland Browns telling you "no" when you interviewed for the OC job after their 7-9 season is just unacceptable for an offensive genius like him.

Having your offense nicknamed and entrenched in history surely earn you respect as some type of offensive genius status

He got fired from his next two OC jobs. People dont hire those guys to be HC's. He never ran the the ball, and his offense needed top tier talent to have any kind of success
Except he had a grocery store bagger running his offense. Not all of the players were top tier, maybe the offense helped them reach that status.

Who knows, maybe he doesn't really want to coach anymore?

If he does, and with the horrible coaching we see around the league, it is a joke he doesn't have a job.
