Even getting paid by the game basically, Tyron made it all of two weeks. He’s done like dinner.

..aside from everything else. This is great news. Daks front side will be protected.

Good indications that running, might be viable options.

Its not the end of the world f only Tyron is a no go. Would love to see him ready to play, but if this week off gets him ready for the 49ers, that's a good thing. I am still curious why he dressed last week if eh cannot play this week?

And, of course, we need to see who shows up on the injury report after today. Surely, considering their track record, someone will stub a toe and wind up questionable for Sunday.

As a quality Cowboy he has earned the right to see if he can answer the call to service on his own conditions. He well can still handle defensive ends.
and trust me they HANDLE him as well!!!

Well he definitely wasn't ready to play, or he would've. They just needed a body to dress.

Likely, they decided that he was the lowest risk of re-injury had other guys gotten hurt.

Hopefully Tyron Smith vs Matt Judon, ..

with hopefully rookie Asim Richards ready to step in if/when Tyron has to come out or out of the game.

Depending if new OL Coach Mike Solari trusting a rookie backup OT,

They will roll out with Chuma again as he is the vet. I would be happy to put Chuma inside and Tyler to LT

Only if Tyler is fully recovered and healthy enuff for the outside LT.

He maybe only just recovering from his hammy injury just enuff to be playing the OG role inside a phone booth area.

Outside on the edge and on an island, he'd have to forced to laterally move and exert his muscles much more,
if he's not that healthy- strong enuff, could cause a re-aggravated strain again, and we surely don't need Tyler
out of the lineup for a long, lengthy period.

Agree with Chuma back inside at LG, even ahead of rookie Bass.
