I would fire Solari and promote Lunda Wells at this point. If he is this great up and coming coach people say he is, might as well do it now.

I was told this offseason by a couple of guys on this very forum that this line was going to be the next Great Wall.

They would be road graders coz we finally had some "dawgs" on the line.

So hang in.. we will have the Great Wall 2.0 apparently.

I second the motion. Solari is in a long line of old tired retread coaches that Jerry Jones loves to hire because he has absolutely no respect for coaching. He thinks anyone can do it.
Solari coached in SF and GB and Seattle. He’s connected to Brian Schottenheimer, meaning he was OL coach when BS was offensive coordinator.

I know you all want to blame Jerry for everything, but the decisions that are being made from a position perspective show influence from the HC and OC and all of it was done to keep consistency around Dak…

Apparently, most folks thought Brian Schottenheimer and his “run game” was a great hire…

This offensive line play is bad. especially technique causing bad play. lack of production from this group. when it’s the whole group i look at coaching.

same with the running game coordinator.
I've been saying this since Year 1 when Mike Solari showed up and his Oline kept on stinking up the joint the way the previous Oline coach (Joe Philbin) did.

The Cowboys have yet to find the right Oline coach who can turn this Oline into a respectable, mean and dominating Oline needed for this offensive running attack to excel. Until that happens, expect the same results. It all starts with the Oline's performance every single game.

What is BS relationship to MM?

BS relationship to Solari is what I was primarily referring too. Solari was OL when BS was offensive coordinator for the Seahawks.

This running game is both Solari and BS, as well.

Philbin was MMs boy as well, meaning he was handpicked by him. Philbin has connections to BS as well if i remember correctly.

They are bigger, therefore, they are better.

It's physics.

lol

Hopium goes deep in the offseason. Relying on two rookies was always going to be a fun experiment.

They need an offensive overhaul. Younger more modern OC.

100%

Solari should have been fired along with MM after GB.

The fact he has not come under more criticism and scrutiny is mind boggling.

But then again— accountability is a foreign concept to this ownership team— so I don’t expect any big changes until the offseason

There is talent on the OL. Yes Martin isn't what he once was and Steele looks like he is on roller skates sometimes.

But a really good OL coach could straighten them out and get them playing more like they should. Solari isn't the answer.

Funny...this entire staff except for Harris has been fired on their resume.

Solari is the Marinelli of this team. Dude shouldn't be in the league any longer. Fire him, MM and Zimmer TODAY. BENCH GUYS!!! Tone must be set NOW.

I have to wonder if this guy is like Paul Alexander, without forcing the new hand techniques the vets pushed back on, which got him canned.
