Mike Starr, Alice in Chains Bassist DEAD

Sad news for the world of music. Mike Starr, the original bassist from the legendary band Alice in Chains has sadly passed away at age 44. RIP Mike.

RIP Mike. Layne Staley's death haunted him for years and he has finally fallen victim to the same disease (speculation). Sad news and a sad life.

This is sad news. I Love Alice in Chains, and Angry Chair is a great song. I love Down in a Hole.....in fact I love anything off Dirt except Rooster.
Here's hoping Jerry Cantrell can find another basist quick and tour the new album this summer.
