Mike Zimmer must be made to switch scheme (to a 3-4)

With Micah hopefully back for Week 8, this is the time to switch to a 3-4 Defense. I did notice they used some 3-4 looks in the first half. If I'm the Jonese for 2025 I need someone on board who can run this scheme to get the best out of Micah. Zimmer can have the rest of the season to see if he can figure it out like he did under Parcells 20 years ago as we are not going anywhere this year.

If he can show some progress maybe he can be retained for 2025 and you appoint an OC as head coach. If not I would want either Belichick or Flores in to sort this mess out.

Zimmer was so bad at the 3-4 20 years ago, it’s why he was walked out of here back then.

We need a DC who truly knows how to deploy Parsons, who is a unicorn type of talent. Is he a 4-3 DE, 3-4 OLB, MLB? Answer probably is yes to all three. Problem is, how can you maximum his talent on the early downs when teams decide to run the football.
