Yep, that’s what coach Jerry wants these days."Mandated by the head coach."
lol nice. I'm liking McCarthy more and more.
So the offensive anemia is… intentional?
To some extent? Definitely. Why go out and fling it 40 times when there's no need? If you've noticed the past few games, whenever the opponent has gone ahead or closed the gap, the offense has opened up and had success extending or taking back the lead.So the offensive anemia is… intentional?

I think MM just did. He let everyone know. Heck, he even changed the way he's coached this team in critical moments leaning on defense.Tell Dak that when he comes back.
McCarthy has no problem telling fibs.
I can understand relying more on the run to let the D rest a bit, but no way are they purposely going 3 & out.
I think the to some extent is what I mean. I get preventing turnovers and eating clock, but I’m sure McCarthy isn’t turning to Moore after each game and saying, “Another performance of 250 yards of total offense… great job following the plan!”
But it does sound like he’s dismissing that as the goal
Mike trying to take credit for something he had no part of, now 5 weeks in he’s trying to peddle it was his plan all along.I like this version of MM.
