I can't link the site for obvious reasons, but here are the top 12 as of Nov 7 according to this Mock.

1. Panthers......Travis Hunter WR/CB-Colorado
2. Patriots........Tetairoa Williams WR-Arizona
3. Raiders........Shedeur Sanders QB-Colorado
4. Browns .......Will Campbell OT-LSU
5. Titans...........Luther Burden III WR-Missouri
6. Giants...........Cam Wards QB-Miami
7. Jaguars.........Mason Graham DT-Michigan
8. Saints............Mykel Williams Edge-Georgia
9. Dolphins........Kelvin Banks Jr OT-Texas
10. Jets...............Will Johnson CB-Michigan
11. Seahawks ....Colston Loveland TE-Michigan
12. Cowboys ......Ashton Jeanty RB Boise State

Sidebar......
  • This mock has Deone Walker (Kentucky) going to Vikes at 28. Something about he hasn't been as good this year as last when he had 51 pressures
  • Malaki Starks, S-Georgia to the Colts at 14th. Some mocks have him in the top 10
  • It appears Sanders and Ward are the only top 10 QBs. In fact, no other QB is drafted in 1st round
  • If this holds, there's a huge dropoff at the QB position after Sanders and Ward
  • QB will be a top priority for Raiders, Saints, Giants, and Jets

As noted in another thread, we can take WR off the board. Jerry will not use one of the first 3 picks on WR, Mingo is his 2025 top WR pick. Looking at the top 50 boards from this site, most of the top WRs are smallish types except Willaims from Arizona. If you haven't noticed, Jerry prefers big WRs, so Mingo is no coincidence. He will compete for the 2025 WR2 starting job.

I see Jerry going all out/in to get a top-level RB for Dak ( $60M investment ). Now whether that's through the draft or free agency or both, I'm not sure but I do expect a significant upgrade.

Yea either would be an incredible waste of draft capital and / or money. Rico is currently top 10 in success rate in the league. Just get rid of Zeke / Cook and draft a quality mid rounder to pair with him and our run game will look waaaaaay better.

Focus on the more valuable positions in FA and early draft picks.

Jeanty is a Jerry pick with their bipolar views on the RB position.

That being said, I can't see Cleveland passing on Ward.

Watson isn't the answer, and the only way to survive his cap hits is having a starting rookie QB.
they got their OT's, even with Wills riding the bench due to his "business decision" to sit out earlier this year.

I think many are right that Jerry will avoid WR in an attempt to justify his 4th round overpay for Mingo. However, where we are drafting may end up dictating a clear BPA like Burden or McMillan being the choice (think Parsons).

The new HC will be the flavor of the month(good or bad) so he will have some influence on the pick as well (think Jason Garrett and his right-kind-of-guys or Quinn the last few years).

They are screwed. Pretty much ride the bench with those numbers. That GM had to of gotten a cut from Watsons agent. Lol
LOL...I watched a couple of games before his injury. His confidence is shot but if I was the Browns, I still wouldn't give up on him yet. Instead, I would go all in to get him a top WR, maybe 2, and a damn good RB and hire a coach with a QB-friendly scheme or system.

Yea, could see that. But at the same time if a QB like Ward is there, and only two years left on Watsons deal...
Just crazy how bad he is, and then his backups play like Manning back there posting 300 yard games lol

Jeanty is getting that generational talent label, he could be the best player available despite his position.

Is it fair to use generational for RBs in 2 of the last 3 years? I think Bijan was more complete and I could probably rattle off a handful of prospects better than him over the last decade too.

Detroit is going to win with one.
1. Do you think our roster is any where near theirs was when they made that selection?

2. Would you consider that the exception or the norm?

It would be a resounding No and exception for me.

BPA. They are going to for sure need a top running back. If not they aren't going to do anything next year.

Jeanty is putting up Tecmo Bowl type of numbers in DI. Yes, he hasn't been playing the elite teams, but no back has been putting up these type of numbers since the LT's. Peterson's days. Robinson is the better receiver, but he also injured his knee the prior season before entering the draft.

Not saying the Cowboys should draft him, just saying he is going to be drafted inside the top 10 and a team like the Cowboys will be hard pressed to pass him due to their history.

I see Dallas drafting in the top 6. Anywhere between 1 and 6. If in top 3, they could draft qb or Travis Hunter or trade back and get a lot of picks and still end up with a top 10 player.
