1. Certainly wasn't pretty by any means but I'll take the win
2. Dak got off to a slow start and actually threw some really bad balls but he picked it up in the second half
3. Zak Martin got a holding penalty? Ya I need to see the replay to confirm that which wasn't shown
4. CD Lamb can be really good but it all comes down to how good he wants to be.
5. Yup the Cowboys have a pretty good group of TEs
6. The run defense has gotten a lot better the last two weeks and that is a really really good sign
7. Penalties continue to be this team's downfall and eventually it will catch up to them down the road
8. "Money" Maher missed one, probably because it wasn't from 60
9. Is Sam Williams only going to play in the second half of games now
10. Nice 10 days off to get ready for the stretch run because the season starts next week.

How about the non-obvious Leighton Vander Esch excellent game. Giants going forward on fourth down they lost the patience of the game. Cowboys going for it on fourth down early give giants momentum CeeDee Lamb not being able to fight for a football. I thought Brown played excellent. That was an amazing catch. Zeke outplayed, Tony Pollard.

No it wasn't pretty and had me scared at half that they were going to blow this one too. Luckily they looked like a different team in the second half, like the team that played the Vikings Sunday. Great list - good point about the penalties, don't get why its been years and they can't seem to get beyond these stupid penalties. That was rare, a penalty on Zach Martin, lol- did notice they didn't show one replay too. I thought they were going to start getting Williams in earlier and more often too.

It was a division game, anybody who didn’t expect ugly. Shouldn’t even bother commenting. Because anything you say shows you have no understanding of the NFL. I’m not saying this about you personally. I’m just saying in general.

Tell me the play where CeeDee couldn't fight for a ball. Was it his nasty one-handed catch while the defender held his other hand? Or the interception where the defender took him out of the play?

They couldn't block Thibs at all in the first half which derailed the passing game.
Kept sending one more than we could block.
Zeke is still such a blunt force weapon.
Gallup was legit awful on that INT but Dak really likes that dude and kept going his way and it paid off.
CeeDee is near uncoverable if given any time at all.
Defense got a little too sack happy a few weeks ago but is playing more disciplined now.
Stop the run and its' much easier to get sacks on 3rd and longs.
We are going to have to draft a corner again huh??
My goal for this team coming into the season was win a playoff game or maybe 2.
The goal is growing into SB which I hate as letdown is near certain.
10 days without the Cowboys this time of year sucks but glad they get the rest.
Bring me Tyron Smith out of the mini-bye please.

No, that wasn’t fighting for the football. That was just a dime . Injustice particular game it was the second coach . he’s done it before.

The talent level between the teams is no where near close, plus combined with all their injuries ( 2 starting CB's, 3 starting OL) - this shouldn't have been as close as it was. Division foe or not. Yes the Giants always play us tough - but if Moore gets his head out of his *** to start the game and all the stupid penalties quit happening, this should have been much easier. This not playing a complete game couples with stupid penalties is why we keep going one and done in the playoffs, if we even get there. It will this year to to the IGGLES or NINERS if they don't correct it.

you forgot to mention:
Starting EDGE- Ojulari
Starting All Pro Safety- X McKinney
Starting TE- Bellinger
Two Starting WRs: Shepard, Robinson

but I get your point. For the record, I’m not surprised your boys dominated the 2nd half. You did that the first time we played. You clearly had more talent on the field…it was just a matter of time. I agree about your need to cut down on penalties, but that seems to be a recurring theme with your boys. But that illegal man downfield penalty broke my heart….I wanted that early TD…..sigh! Oh well, you can’t go more than one yard down the field…great rule….I suppose….lol

Thanks, yes I did. Well didn't forget- I honestly don't know their team very well. I forgot that Jaylon Smirh was still on their team really, lol. Yes, the penalties have been for years, and getting rid of idiots like Collins and Gregory, which I thought would help, haven't changed things.
Them having to settle for a FG instead of that TD was a killer, I agree. I couldn't believe what the penalty was, its just not that common. On the plus side, what a great year this has been for the Giants, they were suppose to be in a battle for the cellar with the SKINS. Looks like they found the right coach, brighter days ahead for them for sure.

Their D line is a load .... but it wasn't that our guys were playing horrible it was they were simply overloading. Tyler was often alone against two defenders.

I'm not sure how much we did to provide some TE help. For a while, we weren't at all. Secondly, we should have been able to make them pay for the strategy. Didn't seem that we countered their move as well as I would have liked.

Games slip away easily when you hurt yourself.
Yes it does, and makes the fans want to rip their hair out watching it, lol. Its one thing to get beat- you tip your cap to the other team. But to beat yourself, you rob yourself of a chance of winning.

I can be thankful \ relieved when we win but still very concerned about what the sloppiness means going forward.

Martin pancaked the defender on the penalty play.

Sam Williams played throughout the game.
- He was 1 snap below his career high snaps in a game.

Actually it was a very ticky tack call but I think the ref caught your OLineman trying to walk backwards a step or two. He made himself look like he was downfield. Crappy situation.

Yes, me too. Not playing complete games, all these stupid penalties- isn't that usually the reason we lose in the playoffs. That has me worried too. NFC is wide open with Bradys and Rodgers teams not what they were suppose to be. The Rams falling apart, etc. This is one of the best chances in decades, just like to see them get those things cleaned up over the next month.

Zack Martin got a legitimate holding call.

I just hope CeeDee doesn't get enamored with making circus catches with one hand.

The Cowboys need to get their TE involved in the game, like they did in the 2nd half.

The run defense was excellent yesterday. The Giants got about 30 rushing yards late in the game when it didn't matter. The Cowboys would let them run there. And Hankins was not in the game.

The penalties are bad and stupid. Does anyone know what Parson's did to get a late 15 yard penalty? I think that allowed the Giants to score their last TD. And that illegal contact call on Diggs was BS. It was late on the play and the QB was never going in that direction. The thing is the flag came out after the ball was intercepted. It was a very late flag. Diggs did make contact but it had nothing to do with the play.

Some other thoughts.

Tyler Smith probably had his worst day at LT yesterday. He struggled in pass protection. If Tyron Smith comes back that will help.

LVE had his best day I cam remember, I hope this is him turning the corner.

What happened to Noah Brown? He was invisible yesterday.

McCarthy going for it on 4th and 2 with simple run at the tackle with Zeke was dumb. At that point in the game, just punt the ball and play field position with the best defense in the NFL. If the score was 7-0 Dallas then I can see taking the chance.

The did a better job containing Daniel Jones this time around. Last time he ate them up running for 1st downs,

Agreed on interception, that should have been PI. I was amazed to hear the commentators say the DB turned head and found the ball and redirected it. He held both hands of CD ., LOL
