Anyone know how the CBs deemed worthy of the Pro-Bowl did today? I know D. Hall was busy getting smacked around by our beloved Joey Galloway, and I saw Barber get beat a few times in that game. Ken Lucas was getting his lunch handed to him by Key AND Glenn. All the while, T-New is allowing 1 catch, for 18 yards, to arguably the best reciever in the game right now, and getting him so damn frustrated he got himself ejected.

T-New - you're a pro-bowler in our eyes any day. As close to a shut down corner as there is in the league.

But really, how did those other corners do?

Who gives a ratsazz. Probowl is a joke. Really. Do you think L. Allen deserves to go?

LOL. No I do not. But it's nice for the player to get the recognition. I just hope T-New starts getting recognized for what a beast he is, cuz he gives QBs so little options to throw his way. He'll never have the gaudy stats if he keeps that up, LOL. Or he might get so damn good, that he'll just start baiting QBs into throwing his way, and pick em off anyway. I was just looking for a comparison of what he did to what the other "Pro-Bowl" CBs did. I'm pretty sure Smith has torched Hall and Barber this year.

i wish we played the bengals because T-New woulda been the first "YES" on Chad Johnson's list

Newman didn't even allow that catch. It was a zone coverage, Newman had the outside flat, and Smith caught it inside by the hash marks.

I haven't reviewed the game yet, but I don't think Newman allowed a catch today.

How many damn times does Troy Aikman have to tell you that T-New had safety help on every play?
BTW: Roy got him ejected with the late bump on the sidelines.

Whats worse that or bledsoe being out and Delhome going in, add vick to that. All a popularity contest.

SO? Since when does safety help mean the Quarterback can't throw to the receiver anymore? As opposed to what? Single, one-on-one coverage? How many schemes allow that for a receiver anyhow, never-the-less the best receiver in the game? Don't downplay it.

That was sweet.:)

With any luck one of those other CB's picked for the pro bowl will bow out and TNew will get what he deserves.

He's not one of the top three alternates, so it would take a lot of guys dropping out.
