the one problem with all the bilicheck disciples is they want to implement his culture immediately where it took years for bilicheck to establish his and he had some leadership in the locker room that bought into it and so now he can rule with an iron fist, given the superbowls and no one blinks....these guys go in and want to enforce the culture, no leadership in the locker room, rule with iron fist and it blows up....its not the first time....they also all have certain arrogance that doesn't go well with the teams they lead....its not the first time...but this certainly is the worst
