Kudos to Jones and Son. At least this offseason the Cowboys management seems to have a pulse and appear to be engaged in doing their jobs up to this point. What an improvement that is over last season!!! Last season the highlight was adding Tyler in the draft and a couple of more guys with "someday perhaps type potential." Then there was the cheerleader scandal(s) and the baby mama/love child drama. Let us hope that the good news keeps coming and they continue to act like a real NFL organization with leadership. It is so refreshing.

If they take a DT in the first 2 rounds we know that Jerry is legally dead and someone else in now running the organization
I do not really care WHO has been running the show the past few weeks. But I like the results and what I think is progress. And I admit it....I have had nothing good to say about Jones and Son for a long long time before this offseason.

Yeah they realized their failures which is refreshing and rare. Unfortunately those sentiments don’t extend out to Dak, but I guess we’ll take baby steps.

Yeah it's better than the historically bad offseason they had last year.

Not sure why that should be celebrated.

Maybe they finally realized they were out of that CAP hell & didn't have to wait until the very last days of FA.

Well, that sounds good. But you don't want the Cowboys reaching for a position or player.

True enough but since the pickups of Gilmore and Cooks it seems like they are actually prioritizing areas of need. I don’t expect them to acquire all the players on our wish list so it would be out of character for the FO to actually put the proverbial “cherry on top“ by getting a DT that could start Day 1

make no mistake though, I’m really liking the moves they are making this off season. Letting go of Zeke instead of trying to find a salary to keep him here was totally out of character for Jerry and I appreciate him doing so……there’s little place for sentiment in a business.

Well to be honest, it was a low bar,
But seriously, front office has been killing it this off season.

The funny thing is everybody hated the offseason last yr but they killed it with their draft and what little Signings they did. Well we can't say the Jones didn't give mm and dak everything they need this offseason. Either get it done or it's bye bye

last year was a good offseason, just different kind. Getting rid of over priced veterans not earning their pay. Getting younger and holding onto key pieces.

those of you that thought it was bad were proven dead wrong.
