I've had several mock drafts so far and I continue to change them.
The reason is obvious - Senior Bowl/Combine/Pro day/Free agency.

I'll continue to change my mocks depending on who else we acquire
in free agency.

I'm going to list 3 Mock scenarios including trades based on what we have in FA and what else we may get.
Let me know which one is more feasable for your liking.

The first scenario is based on us not making any trades.
The 2nd trade is based on trading down
The 3rd is based on us trading out of 1st rd.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Before I start, here is what we've acquired in Free Agency.
WR Terrell Owens - ILB Akin Ayodele - OG Kyle Kosier - RT Jason Fabini - TE Ryan Hannam
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Predicted Free Agents
K Josh Brown - OLB Julian Peterson
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1st Mock Scenario ( No trades)

1st Rd (18) - WR Chad Jackson 6'1 205 (4.32 40)
2nd Rd (49) - FS Pat Watkins 6'4 205 (4.42 40)
3rd Rd (80) - OLB Chris Gocong 6'2 252 (4.70 40)
5th Rd (146) - RT Willie Hall 6'6 310
6th Rd (173) - DT - Jeff Littlejohn 6'1 323
7th Rd (208) - OG - Toby Bullock 6'3 356

Comments:
I would rotate Crayton and Jackson at WR - Watkins would compete with another FA pickup and Beriault -
Gocong would sit behind Peterson and learn - Hall will be your future Right or Left Tackle he's that good -
Littlejohn will backup Ferguson
Bullock might be cut depending on his weight and speed after training camp.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2nd Mock Scenario (Trade Down)

Trade our 18th/ 5th rd (146)/ 2007 1st rd/ & Greg Ellis -
We get Denvers 22nd & 29th picks in the 1st round.
Our picks: 1(22) 1(29) 2(49) 3(80) 6(173) 7(208)

1st Rd (22) - DT Gabe Watson - 6'4 339
1st Rd (29) - FS Jason Allen - 6'1 202 (4.38 40)
2nd Rd (49) - OG Charles Spencer - 6'4 352
3rd Rd (80) - WR Jeff Webb - 6'2 200 (4.37)
6th Rd (173) - OLB - Ryan LaCasse - 6'3 257 (4.54 40)
7th Rd (208) - OT -Sepp o Evwaraye 6'4 319

Comments:
Watson could possibly take over for Ferguson by game 5 if Ferguson doesn't improve - Jason Allen will compete
for starting position at FS - Spencer will anchor that guard position for years to come - Webb will start out as
the number 4, but had monster numbers at San Diego St. and will compete for 3rd WR with Crayton - LaCasse
could be a steal at OLB. He's a tweener and is fast fast. - Evwaraye is just a prospect
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3rd Mock Scenario (Trade out of 1st rd)

Trade our 18th pick to the Jets for their 2nd(35) 3rd(67) and 2007 3rd.
Trade Ellis our second (49) and next years 3rd (from Jets) to the Saints for their 2nd(34th) and their
4th(108) picks.
Our picks: 2(34) 2(35) 3(67) 3(80) 4(108) 5(146) 6(173) 7(208)

2nd Rd (34) - FS Jason Allen - 6'1 202 (4.38 40)
2nd Rd (35) - OG Max Jean Gilles - 6'4 355
3rd Rd (67) - OLB Mark Anderson - 6'3 254 (4.61 40)
3rd Rd (80) - QB Charlie Whitehurst 6'4 223
4th Rd (108) - WR Jeff Webb - 6'2 200 (4.37)
5th Rd (146) - RT Willie Hall 6'6 310
6th Rd (173) - DT Jeff Littlejohn 6'1 323
7th Rd (208) - FS Antoine Bethea 5'10 203 (4.39 40)

Comments:
This would be my favorite draft. We have our stud safety and Gilles stars from day 1 at guard.
Anderson could sit behind Ware and Peterson and we have a possible future Quarter Back.
Again Webb has size and speed and will be our instant 4th stringer but will compete with Crayton
right away. Hall could start in a year or 2 and Littlejohn will backup Ferguson. Bethea could be
cut, but when you have a FS in the 7th with that type of speed, you need to atleast look at him.
Thoughts..

I will only comment on scenario 1 because I think it is impossible to know who Dallas could trade up or down with and what we would get in return.

First, I think any WR in the frst round of this years draft would be a reach. Parcells is looking for immediate impact players, and though grooming a WR like Jackson would be nice, he would not see much action this season and would be a waste when we could be getting someone with immediate contributions. If we HAD to draft a WR, I would go after someone like Jeff Webb or Jonathan Orr, but not until the 5th round (would be nice to have a 4th round here).

Pat Wilkins would be a decent choice, but I think there will be better safeties available in round 2. Wilkins is looking more like a 3rd round pick.

Willie Hall is a good pick at round 5, but I think there will still be better valued RTs there like Rashad Butler, but if not, Hall could serve as a cheap backup and potential starter down the road.

I don't know too much about Chris Gocong, but from what I have read, I don't know how he would fit into our system. He looks more like an inside LB, and since we drafted Ayodele to play that position and still have Burnett, Shanle, Thornton, Singleton, and James to compete for the other ILB, I doubt Gocong would fit here. I think Parcells is looking for another impact OLB to play opposite of Ware, and will find one in the first or second round.

I don't know anything about Jeff Littlejohn, so I can't comment on him, All I can offer is my suggestion: DT Titus Adams from Nebraska, 6'3" 308. I think he is a work in progress and could actually turn out pretty well with a coach like Parcells behind him.

As for Toby Bullock, I never heard of him, but with guys in this round, most probably won't either. I can only go with what I know, and as a follower of the SEC, I know that Cody Douglas is another guard that has potential, but he will need someone tough like Parcells to motivate him to reach his full potential. He could be a steal here if he ever does.

If there was anyway that the third scenario could fall in that way, that would be awesome. I truly believe Allen is going to be a stud FS. And we'd also come away with an anchor at guard and possible QB of the future. I don't know enough about Anderson to comment. The rest may be a crap shoot, but if we come away with four starters it's a success.

After seeing his Pro day workout numbers, coupled with his upside, I think I would like Antonio Cromartie over Jason Allen. Cromartie could even move to FS and he has amazing size/speed combo.
