It's a simple 300 yard shuttle run, cones will be 50 yards apart, and I'll have to complete the first run in 70 seconds. Then after a three and a half minute break (which I probably won't need), I'll have to do the same thing in under 73 seconds.
It's my old high school's camp week so I'll do it on a football field so there won't be any questions about the legitimacy of the yardage.
Results should be posted by Friday evening once I find a quality video camera and get off work.
