my bold Roy Williams prediction thread

pass catchers are a dime a dozen (see austin, crayton, hurd)
put me down for 7 downfield blocks at $ 500 K per block.

Good post.

I just can't wait to see this board when Miles Austin goes for 2 catches, 26 yards, and 0 TDs. Not because I want Miles to do that at all, but I want to see how much flip-flopping there is.

My big issue with Roy isn't the lopsided trade - it is with his effort and attitude since he has come here. He is not happy about Austin becoming the #1 guy and it shows up no matter how much he tries to hide it. He should be out there trying to take advantage of the opportunities of playing beside a great WR like Austin but all he does is whine about not getting enough balls.

From now on, I shall call posts like this the "Werder of the Day."

If you can remember back to preseason, people were writing him off because he ran "sloppy routes" and deserved to be #4.

Have you heard much from Roy congratulating Austin. He went out of his way not to compliment Austin when given the chance. He will ultimately to create a bad situation as he comes to terms with his lack of ability and Austin's ascension to Pro Bowl level status. The envy will eat away at him that some UDFA from Jersey became the toast of Texas while he sits at home after being kicked to the curb.

Have you heard anything about him whining about not getting enough balls? Just because he doesn't say what YOU want him to say doesn't mean he's going to create a bad situation. Just like Werder... he doesn't give you the quote you want, so you make some **** up, and say "since he hasn't said x, then he is y." It's completely disingenuine and irresponsible.

Since my hometown team sucks, I follow Dallas. We have been brutal for way to many years. Gave up the season tickets and all. I'm still a fan/watch every game.

Lions finally have a decent coaching staff set in place. They will turn it around in a couple of years. But I've always rooted for the Cowboys.
