My DREAM scenario with our 1st two picks

I would like to trade down with our 9th pick, to somewhere in the rage of 12-15 and acquire a 2nd or 3rd rounder.. I would then like to use the extra pick(s) that we have acquired to move back in to the first round with our 2nd round pick..

My DREAM in all of this are the players that I want to acquire

With our 1st pick I would like to take the BEST OT available...My first choice is T.Smith and my 2nd choice is Gabe Carimi

With all of that said, the guy that I want the most is with our second first round selection..there is a chance this guy may not even be available, hence, this being my dream scenario..CB Brandon Harris

If we can somehow sneak back into the top 25, with the use of say, the additional 3rd rounder that we acquired then that would be ideal...

If we get out of day 1 with T.Smith or even Gabe Carimi AND Brandon Harris then I will be absolutely ecstatic!

I know it is far fetched..but this is my dream scenario

I hear people mention that Harris could be available in the 2nd round and by no means is it out of the realm of possibility..

However, when I take a look at all the teams that are in need of CBs, I just do not see him falling into the 2nd round..

I think it is safe to say, with 100% certainty, that if Prince is available at 13 then the Lions will take him..IMO, that is the absolute lowerst Prince will go..

These teams are in desperate need of CBs

I just cant see all 3 of these teams passing on a CB...our best chance for Harris to fall to the 2nd round would be if 1 of these 3 teams take Smith over Harris, which is entirely possible..

I would rather just move up and secure getting him..IMO, Harris is the best CB in this class

I agree thought, IMO Brandon Harris is the 2nd best CB in this class but I honesty believe we will have a legitimate shot at him in round 2. If we are going to make a trade up and use the picks to do so I would rather it to be for Peterson.

The price of trading up from 9-5 or 6 in the 1st is A LOT cheaper then from 8th in Round 2 back into Round 1.

I dont think this is true at all..I think they are pretty close in value..but just being honest, I dont have anything to support my claim..

23 Philadelphia Eagles: Gabe Carimi, OT, Wisconsin
The Eagles' most glaring weakness is the offensive line. They surrendered 52 sacks this year, including six in that weird Tuesday night game against the Vikings.

Gabe Carimi, drawing comparisons to Jon Runyan, is perfect for Andy Reid's blocking scheme. He can take over for Winston Justice, who was benched in the playoff loss to Green Bay
1. Derek Sherrod and Ben Ijalana, OT - Derek Sherrod also fits Philadelphia's scheme to a tee. I also wouldn't count out local product Ben Ijalana.

2. Jimmy Smith, CB - The Eagles desperately need cornerback help across from Asante Samuel, but may address that need via free agency (Nnamdi Asomugha). Jimmy Smith has character issues, but Reid likes giving second chances to talented players.

26 Baltimore Ravens: Derek Sherrod, OT, Mississippi State
The Ravens met with Derek Sherrod at the Senior Bowl and Combine. They're obviously interested in him, and will probably select the athletic left tackle prospect if he's available.

Jared Gaither missed the 2010 season with back injuries. Depending on what happens with the CBA, Gaither will probably be a free agent. If the Ravens don't retain him, they'll need a replacement.

31 Pittsburgh Steelers: Aaron Williams, CB/FS, Texas
Williams is a better fit for Pittsburgh's defense than Brandon Harris, and he can play free safety in addition to cornerback. So, if he fails at corner, he could always replace Ryan Clark down the road (think Antrel Rolle).

I really see them going after a OT because FLO's age

Very slim.....VERY SLIM possibility....but wow!
