My Guess on Cowboys Draft Class as of 4/7

-If 1 of the top 5 WR’s are there, that’s the pick. Burkes is probably the most likely to be there imo
-The interest in C is real I think. The decline in the o-line since Fred’s departure isn’t a hard thread to follow. Jurgens will be a Fred like pick where people will think it’s a reach until he’s starting day 1.
-The need to fill OG round 1 is overrated. Good guards are regularly drafted beyond the 1st 2 rounds. Rhyan fits the mold of OT to OG the Cowboys have expressed interest in.
-Can’t draft 4 5th rounders- use 2 to trade up in the 4th for a pass rusher falling. Robinson is raw but with high upside
-I expect depth picks at LB, S and a tough blocking TE
-We almost have to draft a K late?

My gut feel is that Sean Rhyan gets drafted before Cameron Jurgens.

Perhaps, we’ll see. I think a lot of the media has been late on Jurgens. Brugler and Brandt came out with rankings today that have him squarely in the 2nd round. Elite movement skills that rival Jason Kelce at 6’3 303 and 33+” arms…I think he’s the clear cut OC #2 and will be drafted higher than early rankings have projected him.

I’ve surely been wrong before too…

Need Olineman in the worse way.
WR at 24 would be a luxery

Woods might go higher then Williams. He is could be a pro bowl tight end if he puts it all together. I started looking at other tight ends because of his hype and UCLA has a good one too.

Man, I know it's not happening. But what I wouldn't do to have Kayvon Thibodeaux as Cowboy in 2022.

He's ready for the NFL, right now.

Tight end won’t be a problem but mediots like Fisher and Cavanaugh are pumping fans up. I don’t want anyone crying because Woods gets picked in the 40s.
