Good thought process. I like the first 4 picks, and there is a reasonable chance they will be available where you have them. Werner might be gone. I think the Minnesota tackle decided to return to school.

I might like to get a little more speed at LB. Like the Stanford QB if he is available.

Nice job!

I've heard good things about the first three picks.

Grant is a bit light for a safety, even a free safety, at 194 lbs. Also he'll need some seasoning to play in the NFL, imho, so I'd not take him at #44, maybe later...

By the time the draft rolls around...we will probably be lucky if we can get him there because I don't think he would last to our next pick.

I would not mind E Molden from Washington to play FS but I would have no problem with grant at that pick.

It's not like Grant doesn't have some skills and history to show he's pretty good, UCF doesn't play a tough schedule overall, like in playing East Carolina, Tulane, Florida A&M, Tulsa and Temple, as in 2020. Lost by 216 to BYU, the only really power school they played. Not that you have to play all top schools to be good in the NFL, way too many players came out of lower-echelon schools and were top NFL players, but it's a concern.

Of course if other teams feel as I do, then I think it's a good chance he falls to the 3rd round.

Let's keep an eye on him and see how he does in the draft....

I don't believe he came out for this draft.

Overall, I like your mock. A lot of quality players.

Werner does nothing for me.

Mills would be a steal there.
I have read both ways on Faalele. 3 Pubs said he was, then an article from Minn coaches saying they think he is coming back. Either way he was available on Fanspeak when I chose. I just like the size and athleticism from this Rugby player, and think he would make a Tyron Smith replacement in a few years. Even if he doesn't there, he has the size to move inside if needed.

I'm a fan of this.
Not gonns quibble over r4 and later picks and this one addresses your needs early and with good value.

Farley is CB1 day 1.
Grant starts at FS and plays mostly single high.
McNeill is a back up to AWoods year 1 but also provides actual beef beside him in goal line or short yardage.
Werner would get some run.
Bobby Brown is a good local kid.Developmental rotation type.
The SCar CB is a good depth option.
All in all a good mock and a good use of selections to generate value where positions seem to be heavy.

Great mock. Think at least 90% this board would walk away smiling. Seems many here are relying on us getting Farley, Grant, and McNeill. I would really like to start to see some mocks not involving any of the 3 that people would be happy with.

Love the first three picks of course....

Don't know about a project small school center that high (or even at all).

That guy doesn't dress at all in 2021.

The build through draft only philosophy doesn't couple with this. They need contributions from everyone through the 5th round......and when that doesn't happen....they don't win.

He showed and flashed during the senior bowl.
