Disagree with our 1st rounder for reasons others already stated. No point in piling on. I appreciate the thought and effort.

You have Hampton as your 2nd back off the board. I see it that way as well, but I did see a ranking here that had him as the 6th (I think) best back in the draft. I wholly disagree with that assessment, but its interesting that its out there. Could speak to the strength of the HB class. 3rd round could be a real sweet spot for us.

There are to many holes on this roster to fill in just one draft. It may be time to trade Parsons for picks.

If the bears give pick 18 and 33 plus a third next year. I would be willing to give them Parsons and Zack Martin and pay all of Martins contract for them.
They could also throw in Dominique Robinson as a body at DE, and K. Herbert who they don't need at RB.

Their Guard play this year is lackluster and they would still have a 3rd this year to throw at G in the draft.
They need another pass rusher besides Sweat.
They lose K. Allen contract next year, so they would be able to pay Micah on his 5th year option. Or maybe just give him an extension.

do this and take DT Walker, Kentucky at 18 and DT Harmon, Oregon at 33.
Then finish the draft with a G in the 4th. Slot DB, LB, S, T in the 5th and DE, TE in the 6th. Another RB and WR in UDFA
That's the only thing I can think of, to help address the majority of needs in one fell swoop.
