and that phone operator is going to transfer the call to whatever dept. you want. if it was easy there wouldn't be a phone ringing.

They have these great things called PA paging where you can tell the receptionist you are with a customer and they can ask the caller if they would like to leave a voice mail. Really is not that complicated.

well that was pretty stupid if we're talking about a real retail store. Now if we're talking about Fred's Furniture with two employees then yeah, it's not that complicated.
