i would start Byron jones at corner along with Awuzie and play more press man. They both have size and can tackle. We gave up on Byron too fast at corner.

He showed solid coverage as a rookie. His size and strength will be a bigger factor if he goes against corners instead of tight ends.

I'll add this also.....wouldn't shock me if we move on after his deal is up...unless he starts to play upto expectations.
very disappointing so far.

He’s too small. He’ll always lose to a good big receiver. He’ll never be great st that size. He runs a 4.54 on top of being 5’10.

I did read something interesting that the physical traits Kris Richard likes in his corners...Byron hits those markers.
I still would be surprised if he gets moved...Im gonna give Richard a chance to get more out of B.J. than we've seen so far.

JD is a outside CB. Did anybody recall seeing #27 n the slot for DAL? How about Michigan? JD isn't a slot.

However, I've seen Jones cover Randall Cobb n the slot with sucess...just saying.
