Been better days, wild man... having a bout with gout in my left knee, that thing's just as stiff and sore as it can get...

But in a day or two or three, this too shall pass... the usual course of one of these attacks if 5-7 days, and I'm in day four... the worst should be over, now it should start loosening up steadily...

Now, if I can just get some SLEEP...
