IMO, Dallas needs DT (maybe 2), RB, and a legit Mike. Everything else is gravy.
You could consider a DE since SWilliams hasn't really panned out, but Kneeland was taken to replace DLaw, and you have Parsons\SWilliams on the other side.

If you have new HC and coordinators, everything changes though.

Dallas has CD as the paid WR. They don't need another 1st round to pay. Just pick up a good one in FA, that can be the #2 or Tolbert (Mingo? -- ouch)

OL late to develop yes. TE no, you have plenty. CB with Diggs/Bland/Lewis is good. S -- if Zimmer is going to keep making them play man, then you need a couple of them, if not then they need to get back to the zone/run defenders they used to be. Overshown seems like a legit LB at Sam or Will. I just don't see a legit Mike. So a DT or two, a RB (my favorite is Tahj Brooks, Texas Tech, hopefully day 2) and a Mike -- I like Lander Barton from Utah at 6'4" 240lb. I think he could develop into a good one.

Interesting that the Front Office used a 4th round pick to trade for WR Mingo before the deadline while many posters are suggesting this years WR class is weaker than usual.

Without going down the argumentative rabbit hole on if Mingo was worth a 4th or what the chances are of hitting on someone better than Mingo with that pick...seems like there is a little planning going on there. Not saying that making elementary planning moves makes you a good Front Office...but the way Jerry is talked about around here you would think he wouldnt be capable of the above, assuming they went ahead and used a 4th on Mingo because this years WR class is clappers.

One thing that I see is that Mingo can contribute and his contract helps with the salary cap.
