In no particular order:

-Dak's interceptions. Yes, some aren't his fault, but he is consistently turning over the football. Against good teams, this will hurt them.
-Rushing offense. Ever since Steele went down, so did our rushing offense. Last 2 weeks, against quality opponents they couldn't run the football at all.
-Lack of explosiveness at the WR position. Our passing offense is pretty much Lamb & Shultz. Both Brown/Gallup really have struggled with separation, it's not a coincidence that many of Dak's interceptions are to these 2 receivers. Tight window type of throws. Hilton needs to become that other receiver to help out Lamb.
-Run Defense. With Lve and Hankins returning, it should help, but this has been an issue throughout the entire season. Remember, TB gashed them on opening night, where they are the worst rushing team in the entire league. What about Philly and the 49ers?
-Lack of pass rush. What has happed to our dominate pass rush? Parsons hasn't made an impact in weeks. What about Fowler, Armstrong? Seems like Sam Williams is the only one getting consistent pressure these days.
-Corner opposite Diggs, probably the biggest worry of them all! Good teams will scheme ways to get a corner in signal coverage, like we used to see Roy Williams the safety. Can any of our backup corners hold up?

I am willing to bet a red penny at least 3 of the issues will cost us in the post-season. What 3, I'm not sure but let's be honest, at this point in the season, we are who we are. I'm not sure we suddenly clean these issues up. Think the best we hope is to minimize the damage/impact.

You hit it on the head for the most part. You left out the injuries on the offensive line that has hurt our run game. Also the pressure that the world is putting on our team to get to the Super Bowl.

We've been dealing with that stuff all season. I'd be happy if we could get that pass rush back. That's it. That alone would make a big difference.

Only thing I’m worried about is starting slow. They have to realize the urgency of the playoffs. It’s happened quite often with this franchise. Also, whether we play Brady or Rogers no score is safe. They should no that after the two OT losses.

Better playcalling should assist the anemic run game as of late. More play action, misdirection type plays, etc. As for the wr's man Gallup has dissapointed coming back from injury. Maybe get the TE more involved downfield. Show heavy run look, then split them out wide, something to exploit their long frames against some LB's.

1.Head Coaching
2. Quarterbacking
3. Defense

In that order.

very strong analysis by the OP, a nice 5 foot view. Replied with a 40,000,000,0000 mile view. and stats will disagree with the view, our biggest weakness is defense, not offense.

My two biggest worries heading into the playoffs are Dak’s INT’s, and our defense. Our pass rush/pass defense has disappeared. We’ve given up just over 900 passing yards and 7 passing touchdowns in our last three games. Tom Brady, or any playoff caliber QB would have a field day on this defense. If you don’t have a pass rush against Tom Brady it will be pitch and catch all day.

Doesn't sound like we're going to go very far. That's a long list.

My worries on the postseason began as the clock was winding down at Lincoln Financial last week. All the excuse the Cowboys needed to NOT rest starters this week was for the Eagles to give them a glimmer of hope, and I’ll be darned if they didn’t comply.

I don’t see an avenue where the Birds lose to a Giants team that has nothing to play for, which puts Dallas in Tom’s backyard following a week in which the Bucs had…nothing to play for.

So we’re facing Playoff Tom coming off a quasi-bye (coaches option) and with a win will travel to square-off against a rested Philly team that will likely have PED’s Johnson back at tackle. That’s a big ask.

Cowboyny, your bullet-points are well stated but I’ll add that we shouldn’t be surprised on a couple fronts based on ownership failures prior to the start of the season.

The Randy Gregory fiasco was akin to Jerry McGuire losing the number one draft pick the night before the draft. In Randy’s absence, Micah has been asked to put his hand on the ground much more than what his 245 lb. frame is capable of doing. The NFL grind is lessening Micah’s potential by the week. This was ownership failure number 1.

Failure number 2 was not re-signing one of the better route runners in the NFL (Cooper) or at least re-signing a guy that jelled very nicely with Dak Prescott – Cedric Wilson. Having either one of those guys in the receiver room may not push the unit to elite status, but it sure as heck makes it much more formidable than its current standing.

My apologies for rambling too much on my first post. Good to be here.

...my worries? BONE HEAD mistakes. Like as follows:

Holding, after 30 yd gain. Holding on 3rd 14, when you stopped them. Dumb reciever who lets ball BOUNCE off his chest.

I know some things will happen. BUT if we can lessen them, chances are good will win.

I'm mostly worried about our defense. I think this offense can hang with whoever, even with the Oline shuffling, but this defense is worrisome. They went from suffocating to hardly being able to slow down Joshua Dobbs. That is concerning.

Yeah,
That master strategist, motivator and game day sensation McCheese definitely has me confident after last year's 49ers debacle.
How'd his post game presser go? "We were nervous. Oh yeah, and I did not have any input to the offense for the week leading up to the game."
But yeah, opinions vary.
Head coaching kinda matters as per the above example to avoid. lol

Never worried.
Expect the worst and hope to be surprised.
I'm resigned to another one and done playoff loss.
This time, to the GOAT who has awakened in time
to write yet another chapter in his amazing career.

But if we win...... oh what a great moment that would be!
