He is a willing blocker, just very raw. He is still rough as regards routes, but he is getting better. Some Irish fans claim Floyd is better (supposed to be back for the Pitt game), and he does appear more polished, but to me Tate makes plays and that is more important. He got 2 TDs against USC which had up to that point not given up a passing TD all year.
