Need volunteers to take Members Zone survey!!

At the old site I created a basic get to know the members survey which went over well. I'd like to do the same here in the Members Zone. What I need is willing suckers, I mean valued members, to pm me with interest. You of course can answer nothing or every question. I would only edit responses if they were violating some board rule such as the language one.

What I would really like to ultimately see is a completed survey and 1 image of the member.
