Need Win laptop

Mac user here but the wife has to have Windows to log in at two banks in China. Doesn't need much just Windows. Want something that won't break easily as her Toshiba broke its power button requiring replacing the entire board. So we trashed it except the HD. Just a good base 13" laptop.

I haven't seen one in a while, but Dell's XPS 13" were a really nice small 13" laptop. It's not a cheap $300 laptop, but it was very nice for what is was. The only reason it isn't what I have as I wanted a 15". (17" is too big to be really portable)
