New Jersey has recently passed a law allowing sports betting, but they have one little problem, which is the fact that there is a federal law which prohibits them from doing so. Personally, I don't see how such a federal law can pass Constitutional muster, but that's just me. Right now, the only real sports betting you can do is in Nevada, with 3 others states having a VERY restricted ability to bet on sports.
I wonder if/how this will proceed.
