NFL teams are always trying to get younger. It helps if that youth has talent and upside, of course.

Ignoring strict rookie classification and focusing on new young players...here is my current inventory:

Jaylon Smith
Rico Gathers
Cooper Rush
Noah Brown
Ryan Switzer
Charles Tapper
Taco Charlton
Mark Nzeocha
Chidobe Awuzie
Jourdan Lewis
Xavier Woods

Noteworthy from practice squad:
Lewis Neal

12 New Guys to infuse energy and potential. Given what we've seen in camps, practices and preseason...I'd say B+ or A-. Grade could definitely become A if we see breakthroughs.

That's pretty good quality for a team who was drafting at the end of every round and one that was 13-3....we need these guys to pan out but this is how you stay good for awhile. Drafting well and staying young.
