UK fan of the Cowboys! My connection to them is that I used to live in and around San Antonio for about five years until a few years ago and became not only an adopted Texan, but a fan of the boys in blue!

I've been a casual fan for a while now, watch all the games. I'm looking to deepen my knowledge of the game in terms of understanding the game, tactically. Does anyone know any Youtube channels or sources of information which really detail the game, tactically, for dummies?

If it's knowledge you seek, just go out into gen pop, there's hundreds of experts out there. Or you can ask me and I promise to have an answer. May not be the right one, in fact probably won't be, but at least I don't play that silly "I don't know "game. How rude. Someone goes to the trouble to ask a question and gets "I don't know"? Hell, how hard is it to make something up?

Posters here are very helpful. For instance, Londy has promised to give me hooligan lessons because that's my favorite part of your country's sport. I aspire to be an elder hooligan.

Every last description sounds distasteful. I won't admit to being any of those, but it removed England from my list of places to visit. Australia has so much deadly wild life, so they're out. Not that I could grasp all they are saying, but I thought there was enough regular English that I could find my way around England. Your country looks beautiful from the pictures I've seen.

Looks like we've scared another one off. How do we do it? I thought we were charming and well mannered.

I personally know a HOOLIGRAN from back in the 80's when it was a world renowned blemish on the Queen's dinner bib of world viewed esteem,seems he'd caught a flight to the state's about 8 hour's prior to his arrest/ incarceration over there,,,the U.S. didn't really have anything on him& ENGLAND just told us to keep him& banned him from ever reentering with in it's realm ever again,,, he'll resurface every couple of years( he'd shacked up down the road a 1/2 mile from me at one time)& show up at my mobile home installer Amigo's outfit for a week or two of work, hook up with some *****& disappear for a year or two again, till that melts down,or him or her are arrested for some such calamities,,,, that ol' boy has
" spun" a main bearing a long ways back,,,we all just called him the 'Brit' or :the ' Limey',,__I ain't seen him in 2-3 years ,come to think about it

Welcome. I'm in the UK and I've been a fan since the 80's. My Uncle was from Wisconsin so a Green Bay fan, but lived in San Antonio Tx so also followed the Cowboys. I used to fly in to Dallas quite a lot to visit and my first game I watched with my Uncle was the Cowboys back in the mid 80's. I managed to see the Cowboys play in the UK in 2014, but have managed to get tickets to the pre-season game on the 18th August at the AT&T Stadium. Rules change from year to year, I tend to watch as many games (of all the teams) throughout the season to try and keep up with the decision making. I subscribe to GamePass over here, they changed the provider recently and the service went SOUTH for a while, but is getting better, they have a fair amount of content, and well worth looking in to now.
