Hi ya'll! New member here though I am reluctant as you all may be very aware of the emotional roller coaster this club can bring upon it's fans. From the bay area so you might guess how much grief i take from the local 9er fans. Was there for the catch, was there for both NFC titles against the niners, and in fact was able to sneak my pops and myself onto Candlestick's field where we meshed in with the Cowboys as they cleared the bench and headed for the locker room. With the locker room blaring with exited noise from the win, and the door open about 12 inches a few moments later we would hear the room go dead silent and then the infamous, "How bout them Cowboys!!!!" as it erupted into pandemonium again.
As for this past year, I said it before the last game and will say it again, bottom line is that which ever club is to take the win between dallas and sf, the winner will have a chance to become the team of the decade. The niners knew, and know this, having nothing to lose they played harder and wanted it more. Now watch them go. It crushes my heart. It's hard not to just take a break from it all isn't it?
Its a time to look forward to next year I guess, I just hope it will be without Dak. I say this because one thing became blatantly obvious in that last game. That is, if you look at the last few plays Dak had take note that on the throw on 4th down he didnt throw the ball up for a 50/50 shot rather he threw it where no one could realistically get to it. He was protecting his at home record of having only 2 INTs! Then, who called the last couple plays? And in such a situation who would dare call 2 running plays? A quarterback protecting his own stats. This man had hung the game up nearly over a minute before it was over and even though he got the ball back twice look what happened. Would Romo have done the same? Would any of us have done the same thing that Dak did? Answering this question gets you all to the truth about this guy.
Needless to say I look forward to chatting it up with all my fellow fans and all. Thank you for this cool place to hang out with our brothers in the boys.
