After watching the disaster that was the offense last night. My off-season plan for last year seems like it would have been correct.

This team needs to move in a different direction, and piling money into the offense isn't it. This team should be building around Parsons and turning the defense into a juggernaut.

I would be tanking this season and bringing in someone that can collapse the middle of the pocket. Someone who is a freak of nature that can finally shore up where this team is lacking. I don't know if that is Jalen Carter but he would help immediately. I am making a run at A'Shawn Robinson in FA as well. I am drafting hard on the defensive side of the ball and letting Quinn work his magic. Basically what I am saying is. Offense sells jerseys, defense wins games and championships. Its time we brought the D back into Dallas.

This offense we knew (or at least most did) was going to struggle without Cooper. I don't know why the FO didn't see that and say "hmmm lets build around this generational player in Parsons and bludgeon teams to death"

Instead. We got what we saw last night.

I think the new strategy should be to keep buying Jerry jones McDonald’s and passing him the salt shaker as often as possible.

Any new strategies/schemes or whatever aren't going to much matter until Jerry gives up wanting to control everything. His kid may be even less qualified than him.

What's the point of bringing in another coach and have a coordinator forced on him, and emasculated by Jerry?

As long as HE is going to be the one at the center of attention of the Dak injury announcement instead of the head coach, not much is going to be different.
