There is NO reason whatsoever that he shouldn't be a first ballot inductee.

Wow....that's so crazy to see how old Ware will be...he looks exactly like he did when playing and how old Pearson was when he got in...sad it took that long but credit to Ware. Well deserving....I guess Jerry is gonna let him go into the HOF before ROH huh?

Over at the Pro Football Reference HOF Monitor, Ware is the highest ranked OLB not yet in the HOF.
