NFC East Away Games

Yankee stadium a dump? Say what? You are nuts if you think this. Yankee stadium and fenway park are absolutely fantastic.

I guess I am different, when I evaluate stadiums I dont think in terms of comfort, cleanliness etc...strange as that sounds. I think of history, big moments in that stadium and the fans passion in that stadium.
Yankee stadium and fenway are tops on my list of all sports venues for these reasons.

I'm a Yankees fan and have been to several Yankees games. I love Yankee Stadium. It's a bad neighborhood surrounding it and it's almost like a militant war zone now after 9/11 with police everywhere. But it's still a great stadium to watch a game.

Fenway should be imploded. I'm not looking for comfort at a stadium, but something reasonable. I'm 6'3" and 185 pounds and I should be able to fit in a seat no problem. In Fenway I can't....not to mention they have the seats directing you to short centerfield for some odd reason.

Oh yeah, Red Sox fans are probably equals with Eagles fans when the Yankees are playing. They are a bunch of white, suburban cowards that go out of their way to be obnoxious to anybody wearing any Yankees apparel......really the most dreadful fans in the world to deal with. Yankees fans are no angels, but even my buddy who is a diehard Sox fan said he's never had a problem at Yankee Stadium and can admit that Sox fans are a bunch of boorish jerkwads when the Yankees play at Fenway.

Fenway has a lot of history and such a uninque structure, but it is overbearingly non-fan friendly and it's pathetic that they barely make any attempts....outside of adding seats to the Green Monster which only line the owners pockets even more...to make it so a normal fan can watch the game without feeling the need to go to a chiropractor afterwards.

love fenway. NO one is comfortable in the seats there!! They are the worst, but the stadium is fantastic.

As far as yankee stadium is concerned it is in the bronx, what do you want. If you go to a day game in the summer, go across the street to the basketball courts! Its like the nba out there, used to be anyway. I love the stadium, the way it sits below street level is awesome...

I went back home to Detroit in 2002 see us play Detroit in the new stadium (Ford Field). The girl at the ticket counter said that she should not let me in because I had on my Michael Irvin jersey.

I had a great time at the game, and there were several Cowboys fan there with their Aikman, and Emmitt jerserys on.

I was at that game. I have seen 2001 game at Silver dome and 2003 game again in Ford Field.

Absolutely not a problem in Detroit, since probably 30-40% are cowboys fans anyway. The first time in 2001, I was skeptical to wear the cowboys wear, but when I saw the number of cowboys fans there, I then went next two games with Cowboys gear.

In General, even when I have been to sports bar in Detroit, there were always 3-4 cowboys fans at the very least. Heck it seems like I have seen as many Cowboys stickers on cars in Detroit than I have seen here in Dallas, living in DFW area.

All the games in Tempe, back when the Cardinals were still in the East. That's it though. Was going to go with a group to San Diego last year and all 6 of the others wussed out. What a game to miss.

Have you ever been to a game at Texas stadium? Before I die, one wish I have is to catch a Skins/Boys game there.
