So, the knock on Schultz was his lack of excelling at blocking. And he wanted a pay raise.

Kincaid's knock is he is not a good blocker. He does have some skills which can be useful, but the hue and cry about the guy that just left sounds a great deal like the one in this draft.

Not a fan. Kincaid is overrated and has a bad back. Downs is too small to be anything but a slot. Hard pass on a 400 pound RT only prospect

Add some more firepower to the offense and likely gets us out of paying Steele.
