I thought I heard it on one of the Cowboys’ shows, but I just googled it and couldn’t find anything, so it looks like you’re right. Nevertheless, would Byron and Heath prevent you from drafting Derwin James?

No, but it’s not my ideal scenario if we want a starting safety out of this draft. I truly believe Kyzir White is a day 1 starter so I’d rather get another guy in round 1. Either way, the less playing time Byron gets the better

If he makes him to 15 I'm more than happy to entertain trading up for him. One of the few I'd consider it for.

Trade up, trade a player, do whatever is needed for this guy. He will make our defense what we all want it to be. Address OL, TE, WR, LB after this one guy lol..Seriously.
