The NFLPA has hired Jeffrey Kessler, which pretty much guarantees this thing goes to court. Zeke more than likely will be starting Week 1.

Now it looks like the hearing will last until Thursday as Elliot's team is bringing in what is described as a star witness against Tiffany Thompson. We don't have the facts but this certainly could be new evidence if the league declined to talk to this witness because they knew it would damage their case.
