Yeah Dalton Miller is all over the place but Broaddus also stated that the Cowboys love Darrisaw. People have to remember these guys get their information from the scouts. Who the Joneses decide to pick could be someone else. Remember the Watts vs Taco fiasco and to a smaller degree Zeke/Ramsey.

What makes Sewell so great? Compared to Darrisaw or Slater

Lol thats kind of weak if true. Its not like its 3 years separating them. They're all going to be btw 21-22 during the year

I brought up a trade back scenario a couple days ago and mentioned Darrisaw,, I got shot down quicker than a loud crow flying low over a field of red necks with shotguns.

The Cowboys like prototype players. Darrisaw fits that mold better then even Sewell. Don’t listen to fans. Most of us are idiots.:omg: Ignore the bullies who think they can scout better then the Cowboys scouting department.

I don't agree with this, which is why I have never really bought into the age thing in the NFL. My opinion on this is that it's not about age, as much as it is about the number of games in you. I think players have only a certain number of games in them and after that, regardless of age, you start seeing diminished results. Smitty is still pretty young for an OL but you can already see that he's reaching the point where his number is getting closer. So I guess age is beneficial in terms of maturity physically but in terms of how young or old and how many years in the league you may have, I don't buy into that.

What the heck are you talking about? As I said in the op he covered most options that the Cowboys would likely pursue, there is no insider information there and I don't think this clown knows a darn thing. Almost every mock draft done these days has us taking one of the CBs or OT and tons of people have mentioned trading back. Insider draft information is like a good conspiracy theory, they're both fun to listen to and the proponent has no accountability to be right.

It's very simple...

If Penei Sewell by some miracle drops to #10, the Cowboys should take him.

If Sewell is long gone, the Cowboys should trade down while getting an extra late 2nd or a 3rd & 4th round picks. Then they could still go after Zaven Collins with that traded down 1st round pick while getting a nice CB and DT in the 2nd round.
